Digital Goods Policy

By purchasing and immediately downloading or accessing digital content from the Suwuyiku Shop, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal and refund once the download or access has begun. All digital sales are otherwise final. Suwuyiku does not guarantee lifetime hosting or perpetual access to purchased digital assets. You are strongly encouraged to download and back up your digital purchases immediately upon fulfillment, as we reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue hosting specific digital files at any time without liability. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, all product prices are exclusive of applicable local sales taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other localized digital commerce fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser based on their billing jurisdiction.

Physical Goods, Shipping, and Returns

For purchases involving physical merchandise through the Suwuyiku Shop, the following conditions apply in contrast to digital goods:

• Shipping & Risk of Loss: We strive to dispatch physical goods within a reasonable timeframe. While we assist in tracking and carrier disputes, the risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. In the event of a lost package, you agree to fully cooperate with our carrier investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
• Pre-Orders and Manufacturing Delays: For items clearly marked as "Pre-Order," the estimated shipping dates are approximations and subject to manufacturing, customs, or transit delays. In the event a pre-ordered physical item cannot be shipped within thirty (30) days of the originally stated estimated delivery date, we will notify you and provide the option to either consent to the extended delay or cancel your order for a full refund.
• International Customs and Duties: International shipments departing from Kolkata, India, are subject to respective national customs laws. The buyer is 100% responsible for any international customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs, it is not eligible for a shipping refund, and any return-to-sender fees incurred by Suwuyiku will be deducted from any potential item refund.
• Returns & Refunds: Returns are generally accepted strictly within a 7-day window upon receipt, and only for items that arrive damaged. Customers must provide definitive photographic proof of the damage to suwuyiku.legal@gmail.com to process a replacement or refund. Exception: If you reside in a jurisdiction (such as the European Union or United Kingdom) that mandates a broader "Right of Withdrawal," you may return undamaged physical goods within 14 days of receipt; however, you are entirely responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be in original, unused condition.
• Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider regarding a physical shipment, you must contact our Grievance Officer to attempt a resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered items will result in a permanent ban from the Suwuyiku platform and Shop.
