This document governs the data collection practices and terms of use for Suwuyiku, a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam and legally operated by Souvik Das ("we," "us," or "our"). For the purposes of this agreement, the 'website' or 'platform' encompasses our main hub (suwuyiku.github.io), our dedicated Shop vault (hosted via Google Sites), and any other associated subdomains or digital properties operated by Suwuyiku.

We reserve the right to modify this document. Minor changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated 'Effective Date.' However, if we make material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide prominent notice on the website or notify you directly via the email associated with your account prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the website following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We collect information you voluntarily provide, as well as essential technical data required to operate the site securely.

• Contact Information: If you use the Contact portal for business inquiries or collaborations, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Authentication Data (Future Implementation): Future access to restricted areas, including the Shop vault, will mandate Google OAuth authorization. This captures only your authenticated email address to secure access and fulfill digital transactions.
• Essential Technical Data: Our servers automatically log standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) necessary for security and site functionality. Future Google OAuth integration will utilize essential session cookies strictly to maintain your logged-in status. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, if you do not accept essential cookies, you may not be able to use the authenticated portions of our Shop.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Cross-Border Transfers: To provide our services, your information may be processed and stored on secure third-party servers located outside your country of residence. By interacting with our site, you consent to this standard technical transfer.

3. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform features links to fellow creators and external storefronts. We do not control the privacy practices of these external platforms. When you click a link to an external creator's shop, their respective privacy policies and data collection methods apply.

4. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access to the data you provide. Contact form submissions are routed securely, and future user authentication will be handled entirely via Google's encrypted OAuth protocols.

• Data Breach Notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes mandated by applicable law, outlining the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to secure our systems.
• Google API Services Disclosure: Suwuyiku's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. Under India’s DPDP Act, you also hold the right to nominate another individual to exercise your data rights in the event of death or incapacity. Furthermore, you have the absolute right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. If you wish to exercise these rights, or if you want us to remove your contact information or revoke your Google OAuth access from our systems, please contact our Grievance Officer at: suwuyiku.legal@gmail.com

Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of any consumer complaint or data request within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve the issue within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

6. Children's Privacy

This website and the Suwuyiku Shop are not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
